IIAM Mediator

If you are a person with integrity, impartiality and trained in mediation as per the training standards prescribed in IIAM QAP and if you wish to be empanelled as IIAM Mediator for domestic mediation, you can register for empanelment in the Domestic Neutrals section. On approval you will be empanelled with IIAM and displayed in the website as well as PeaceGate App for online and offline mediation.

If you want to expand your profession to international and cross-border jurisdictions, you can empanel as a mediator with APCAM (Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation), which Panel will be used by IIAM and also APCAM centres all over the Asia-Pacific region for international disputes. You can register for empanelment in the International Neutrals section. On approval you will be empanelled with all the APCAM centres in the Asia-Pacific and displayed in the APCAM website.

IIAM Arbitrator

If you are a person with integrity, impartiality and expertise with dispute resolution skills and trained or experienced in arbitration, and if you wish to be empanelled as IIAM Arbitrator, for domestic arbitration, you can register for empanelment in the Domestic Neutrals section. On approval you will be empanelled with IIAM and displayed in the website as well as Peacegate App (link to peacegate.html) for online and offline arbitration.

If you want to expand your profession to international and cross-border jurisdictions, you can empanel as an arbitrator with APCAM, which Panel will be used by IIAM and also APCAM centres all over the Asia-Pacific region for international disputes. You can register for empanelment in the International Neutrals section. On approval you will be empanelled with all the APCAM centres in the Asia-Pacific and displayed in the APCAM website.

• In the case of arbitrator and mediator, approved certification or training is mandatory for empanelment.

• Arbitrators and Mediators with renowned experience and expertise will be empanelled at the discretion of Scrutiny Committee, through Experience Qualification Path.

• Empanelment will be provisional and will be at the sole discretion of IIAM. Empanelment would be finalized only after approval by the Scrutiny Committee.

• Accreditation/Certification will be given only after successful participation in IIAM accreditation programs and upgradation will be as per the IIAM QAP.
