Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) is providing the Website, App, Newsletters and other services to users of the Website subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). In using the Website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms. All new services or features launched by us in future will also be subject to these terms. We do not purport to provide legal, professional or any other advice and you should always seek independent advice before acting on any information on the Website/App.

We make no warranties and are not liable for any third party services, content or websites, even if these are linked to or featured on the Website.

We take great care in making sure that all information we provide is accurate but we are not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a consequence of any of your action you take or omit to take on the basis of any of the information we provide.

We reserve the right to use, reproduce and modify all content submitted by you to the site, including but not limited to comments published by you on the site. We reserve to use our absolute discretion in exercising this right.

You must not use the Website/App in any way that causes damage to the Website or in any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent manner.

While using e-forms and e-mails, please write your correct name and email address. Kindly do not post any personal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, discriminatory or unlawful or similar comments. Please note that under 66A of the IT Act, sending offensive or menacing messages through electronic communication service and sending false messages to cheat, mislead or deceive people or to cause annoyance to them is punishable. It is obligatory for IIAM to provide the IP address and other details of senders of such comments, to the authority concerned upon request. IIAM will not be responsible for any defamatory message posted by you and it will be purely at your own risk.

The Terms and the Website/App are governed by Indian law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, India.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without notice.

It is illegal and prohibited to download any or all of the content from the IIAM website. All content is provided on View-only basis and is licensed and copyrighted material / original work of the author.

About IIAM's print / audio-visual / electronic publication

• Title of the material you want to use.
• Name of the author of material.
• The source publication of product from which it came. (If from a magazine, include title / volume / issue / date. If from conference materials, include name of conference / date / location).
• The number of pages or segments to be used (the actual page numbers are also helpful).
• If you wish to reproduce materials from IIAM website, provide the heading and entire URL address that appears as you are viewing the document in question.

About your use of the IIAM material

• Title of your publication, program, or product.
• Name of publisher or sponsor.
• The type of publication in which the IIAM material will appear, e.g., book, periodical, handout, web site etc.
• Estimated number of copies to be printed or produced.
• Whether the copies will be sold or free and if sold, give the price.
• The date(s) the material will be distributed.
