IIAM provide facilities for alternative dispute resolution (ADR), which includes international and domestic commercial arbitration, mediation/ conciliation and negotiation and maintains a panel of arbitrators and mediators for arbitration and mediation/ conciliation.  

IIAM conducts training programs for ADR and provides accreditation for mediators and arbitrators. IIAM conducts various academic programs/ courses in ADR.

IIAM aims to create awareness about ADR and popularize the use of ADR for effective dispute resolution and management in commercial, corporate, workplace, family and other disputes.
