Hamline-IIAM Moot Competition on ADR

For Indian law students to know about ADR and to create awareness among them about the importance of ADR worldwide and to encourage them to learn more about ADR, Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation and Hamline University School of Law, USA conducts annual national moot competition on ADR for Indian Law Students. The winner is given "Chief Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah" trophy and also scholarship for LL.M on ADR in USA. |

Hamline-IIAM Moot Competition on Arbitration
The Winning Team will receive the "Chief Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah" rolling trophy and also scholarship for LL.M on ADR in USA. The Winning Team members will receive individual trophies and certificates.
The Runners-up Team members will also receive individual trophies and certificates. The Best Student Lawyer and the Best Written Memorandum will also receive trophy and certificate. All the participating team members will receive Certificate of Participation.
The First Hamline-IIAM National Moot Competition on Arbitration was conducted in the year 2005. The venue of the 2005 and 2006 competition was Cochin, India and was done during the month of November.

Winner of 2005: National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Calcutta

The Hamline-IIAM Moot Competition on Arbitration 2008 is scheduled to be conducted on 8, 9 and 10 of August 2008. Details about procedure for registration and
time schedules will be published by third week of June 2008.
