To give advice about the variety of options / procedures for prevention and management of disputes and help to manage and prevent disputes by Dispute Prevention & Management (DPM) services;

To give advice about the variety of options / procedures of resolving disputes and to assist parties to choose the best available mode for their particular disputes and to conduct mediation, conciliation or arbitration of all type of cases, whether contractual or not and provide facilities for negotiation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services;

To provide effective legal and business compliance system by systematic legal and business audit systems to prevent and manage disputes by DPM services;

To assist the parties in referring the matter for conciliation or arbitration and to assist them to select mediators or arbitrators;

To assist the parties in settlement of disputes and liabilities by professional negotiation with Clients, Corporates, Banks and Financial Institutions for effective settlement or Revival packages;

To supervise and assist the parties in mediation, conciliation and arbitration and to provide all administrative assistance required for conciliation or arbitration as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996;

To assist the parties to determine the issues for arbitration and also to determine the procedure and rules for conducting the same;

To provide support and administrative services which include settling fees of the arbitrators, providing accommodation for hearings, arranging dates for meetings between the tribunal and parties' representatives, and acting as the registry /depository of pleadings /documents / correspondence etc.;

To accredit and maintain a panel of mediators and arbitrators who are recognized for their integrity, impartiality, expertise, dispute resolution skills and reputation in their fields;

To certify and maintain a panel of Certified Legal Auditors (CLA) who are recognized for their integrity, impartiality and expertise for an independent legal audit;

To certify legal and business compliance by issuing iCLA certificate, for creating credibility, trust and acceptance for the business and corporate world;

To create an environment in which people can work together to find enduring solutions to conflicts and tensions;

To create awareness about ADR and DPM and popularize the use of ADR and DPM for effective dispute resolution, prevention and management in commercial, corporate, workplace, family and other disputes;

To create awareness about ADR as a speedy, effective and transparent justice delivery system and to take up legal awareness program as a campaign to make the people aware of their legitimate rights;
- To create awareness among the poor and needy about their rights and to provide free legal aid service and to provide ample opportunities for them to resolve disputes effectively.
