Role of IIAM
IIAM, as the Audit authority, would be responsible for managing the audit. The responsibility for managing the audit program would be assigned to the Audit Registrar, who shall co-ordinate with the Auditor or the Audit team, in ensuring that the audit criteria are enforced, that the audit is done and completed strictly in accordance with the Audit manual and that appropriate audit records are maintained as per the standards.
Certification
On successful audit and certification, the audit client will be able to use the "iCLA Legal and Business Compliance" logo for GPS or SPS Audit to demonstrate to the customer and business world that the organization is in compliance with international standards of legal and business management.
Quality of Audit
The confidence and reliability of the audit process lies on the competence, ethics, skill, technical capability, team management capacity and communication and evaluative capacity of the auditor. iCLA has placed strictest qualification criteria and standards for its auditors.
