Interested to have mutual co-operation with IIAM?

IIAM offers mutual co-operation with ADR institutions world-wide with a view to mutually assist and guide each other in the various fields of ADR and to help the members of the institutions for effectively resolving their dispute in either countries, to exchange information and publications of mutual interest in the field of arbitration, mediation and ADR methods, to make every effort to utilize the services of the panel of neutrals of either party in the case of international commercial disputes, where a neutral from either country may be required, to give mutual guidance, opinion or referral on any subject or law pertaining to ADR in their respective countries and to have mutual accreditation, training support and joint promotion. Interested to partner with IIAM for setting up IIAM Community Mediation Clinics?

To promote the concept of IIAM Community Mediation Service, IIAM can associate or partner with organizations that promote peace building or conflict resolution in an effort to support peace and harmony. To make our world a safe, sustainable, peaceful and prosperous place to live, Corporate houses can make an important contribution by adopting such Community Mediation Clinics.

As a business opportunity and simultaneously to fulfill their corporate social responsibility, Corporates can adopt a long term approach in partnering with IIAM for a long term process of positive social transition. Community Mediation Clinics, will be known as “Partner’s Name Mediation Clinic” in association with IIAM Community Mediation Service. If you have a space to spare or you have a scheme for CSR, we can associate with you in implementing and establishing Community Mediation Clinics.

Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) is looking for parties interested to start IIAM Chapters in various states and cities.

Interested to have IIAM Accreditation?

If you are having a Mediation Centre and wish to have IIAM accreditation for implementing standard quality and competency services and uniform complaint and grievance mechanisms, you can apply to IIAM for accreditation. The awarding of accreditation will be subject to quality standards prescribed by IIAM, based on international guidelines.
