IIAM is forming a panel of Dispute Resolution (DR) Lawyers - Worldwide, specializing in mediation, conciliation and arbitration.

This is done to offer clients internationally, the option and availability of experts in the country of their requirement. The panel also helps to develop an association of DR Lawyers worldwide helping mutual interaction and references

The directory of Dispute Resolution Lawyers will be displayed and will be accessible to IIAM members, who require services of DR Lawyers.

If you are a lawyer practicing ADR or having specialization in ADR and would like to get empanelled with IIAM, please furnish your particulars to the IIAM Director.

You may kindly fill up the Empanelment form, indicating your qualifications, area of specialization and also your precise experience.

Empanelled ADR Lawyer will be given a badge source code titled “ADR Lawyer empanelled with the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation” to be placed in their web site.
