Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation is offering memberships to corporates, business groups, insurers, law firms, professional organizations, professionals and individuals, whereby the member is provided with information and facilities for effective understanding and utilization of the concept of ADR. Member will be given a badge source code titled “Member of the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation” to be placed in their web site.

CATEGORIES OF IIAM MEMBERSHIP

Individual Membership – Annual & Life

Individual Annual Membership is given on a one-time registration fee of Rs. 500/- and an annual renewable fee of Rs. 1000/-. Individual Life membership is given on a one-time fee of Rs. 10,000/-. Individual members will be provided substantially reduced rate entry for all seminars and workshops.

Corporate Membership – Annual & Life

Corporate Annual Membership is given on a one-time registration fee of Rs. 500/- and an annual renewable fee of Rs. 3000/-. Corporate Life membership is given on a one-time fee of Rs. 25,000/-. Corporate members will be provided substantially reduced rate entry for all seminars and workshops. Corporate members can nominate two representatives, who will receive all the benefits of the membership.

Donor Membership – Life

Donor Membership is given on a one-time fee of Rs. 50,000/-. Donor members will have free entry to all seminars and workshops.

Patron Membership – Life

Patron Membership is given on a one-time fee of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Patron Members will have free entry to all seminars and workshops. Patron Members will also have free entry to exclusive seminars organized in India by International ADR Centres having tie-up with IIAM.

TERMS OF IIAM MEMBERSHIP

• The IIAM Member on requirement of utilization of IIAM services, shall utilize the same in accordance with the IIAM Arbitration / Mediation Rules in force.
• The IIAM member agrees that they are willing to refer their dispute with any of the other IIAM member(s) for IIAM ADR.
• The IIAM member agrees that they will not try to influence the IIAM arbitrators / mediators or the IIAM staff to secure their personal gain and any such attempt will cancel their IIAM membership forthwith.
• Annual IIAM memberships shall lapse on non-renewal of membership fees.
• All or any rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Approval and Renewal of membership will be the sole discretion of IIAM.
