IIAM offers you free consultation on how to initiate ADR process. You can proceed for a consultation with our Expert's by Email and Consultation in person at our offices', after obtaining prior appointments, during our working hours (9.00 a.m. to 5.30.p.m IST). Fees and expenses for each Consultation, varies from a nominal fee of Rs. 1000/- to Rs.2500/-, subject to duration of the Consultation, which is specified in the table below. The above service can be availed from any where in the world.

Consultation by Email: Rs. 2500/- per specific question on a particular subject
Consultation in Person: Rs. 1000/- for every 20 minutes.

Note : The charges mentioned above, would be levied, whether the minimum time period is utilised or not. Proportionate charges would be levied for every other extra minute.

For any other Consultation or requirement, other than mentioned above, the terms and conditions of our Charges and remuneration, would be fixed on case to case basis, subject solely to the discretion of IIAM, which can be bilaterally fixed prior to the Consultation, by email, phone or in person.
